Shipping and Returns


Purchases above $100 are free - all with First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. If you need your items faster, we offer expedited services from USPS or FedEx that are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order.

Please contact us with any inquiries regarding your shipment, shipping cost, estimated delivery times, etc. before placing your order.

 We want you to love your purchase but understand that shopping online can be tricky.

Returns & Exchanges


Please contact us directly for any returns or exchanges.

If you are not happy with your order, feel free to send it back in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for store credit or exchange only. Shoot us an email at and we will email you a pre-paid return label. Online returns may also be dropped off at our brick and mortar location.

Any returns that do not have all original tags and are not in original, new and unworn condition will not be accepted.

*SHOES: Shoes must be returned with the box in original condition. Please do not return your shoes and use the shoe box as the shipping box. We will not accept your return. Please use a separate shipping box or container to return your shoes or boots.

Changes to orders

Please contact our office at 303-828-6647 with any requests for changes to your order. While we will try our best to accommodate these requests, we do ship orders quite quickly so we ask that you call us as soon as possible to request a change to your order.
